The BioBayesNet web server allows to use Bayesian Networks for biological sequence analysis.
Its functionality includes
- learning Bayesian Networks comprising
- the generation of typical sequence features
- the automatic selection of highly predictive feature subsets
- the uncovering of dependencies between feature variables
- using learned Networks to classify new data
